NRS Otter Series Rafts

The NRS Otter Series Rafts provide outfitter-grade performance at a reduced cost for the boating proletariat (and for many outfitters too!) NRS uses the same types of top-quality materials on the Otter designs that they use on their E-Series boats, only less of those materials. This means the Otters weigh less and cost less, yet still possess the highest standards of NRS quality and performance. The tubes and self-bailing floors are built with 1100-denier /41 oz Pennel Orca fabric. The bottoms of the tubes are protected from rocks (and parking lots) by HD-40 floor armor, while additional Pennel Orca wear patches guard the tops of the tubes where the frame rests. Three separate air chambers in the main tubes ensure you’ll stay afloat in the event of a puncture.

The NRS Otter 120 is the smallest, most nimble Otter. Perfect for R2-R5 paddle crews or small oar rigs.

The NRS Otter 130 is a compact and versatile size, great for fishing and shorter multi-days.

The NRS Otter 140 is the go-everywhere size with plenty of cargo room, but still small enough to paddle boat.

The NRS Otter 142 is a narrow version of the 140, perfect for fishing setups or low water use.

The NRS Otter 150 is the most popular gear hauler and multi-day expeiditon size.
