Stohlquist Descent Rescue PFD

One of our favorite rescue PFDs of all time, the newly redesigned Stohlquist Descent Whitewater Rescue PFD is a highly versatile and functional Type V rescue life jacket for kayakers, rafters, SUPers and river rescue professionals. The Descent fits like a glove thanks to its Wrapture Foam system, cross-chest cinch straps and adjustable suspension shoulder strap system that allows the jacket to move with your body, while the Gripp-Loc no slip lining keeps it in place. Side entry and offset front zipper make it quick and easy to put on or take off.

The low cut profile with graded sizing allows for a wide range of motion while still providing an ample 17 lbs of flotation, more than other popular rescue PFD offerings. Want more flotation? Slip in the integrated Add-A-Buoy inflation bladder into the front pocket to bump it up to over 20 lbs of flotation. Wide, NailCloth textured shoulder straps allow for easy and comfortable portaging, while the large zippered pockets keep everything easily accessible in any situation.
